Actually This is not maxwell Eq. or you misstake something
First one, Causs’s law, is not “X” it’s “.”

But, what are you saying? Equations are correct. Gauss’s law, as you say, is the first equation (electric field divergence = volume charge density / dielectric constant (in his arm is particularized to vacuum)). The second equation (electric field rotation) is Lenz-Faraday law. Think before write.
