@Matt and @Siegfried Sheldrake

Putting arrows backwards in time is actually a notation to show that these are antiparticles since particles and antiparticles are made explicit here (by using + and -).no arrows are required at all besides the actual time arrow (under the sharps :D ). If arrows are used this is the right way. An arrow backwards in time labeled e+ is actually an electron so that would not be right.

particle/anti-particle annihilation into photon, then pair production is the right. I don't think there's a right or wrong way.

Tattoos speak a language of your heart. They bring out your feelings and way of life. You may use your tattoo designs as a style of expression. Many individuals use tattoos to communicate various things, always their personality. Some also use them to express love and emotions.

Ha ive just googled this and am surprised to find this thread. This is my tattoo. Yeah I thought the e's should be the other way round but i based it on the following diagram of a first order feynman diagram in its most simple form.

http://plus.maths.org/issue21/features/strings/feynman1.gif

Interesting fact is the wave has 8 peaks, and the arrow covers 5 of them representing the 8 notes in a scale and 5 sharps and flats in an octave in music.

Done by Heath at Something Wicked in Lincoln UK.

Siegfried Sheldrake is right, surely the antiparticles should have the arrows reversed

I've never wanted a body modification of any sort, but if I had to choose ... this is pretty badass.

Shouldn't the e+'s be going backwards in time, as they are anti-particles? :)
