The chinese text that seems to be translated by “wikipedia” is ??. “?” is chicken, but “?” i don’t understand… Or perhaps the english translation attempt has nothing to do with the original chines text. :-) For instance number 303 should be a dish from the Yunnan region.
I think China would be much less confusing without all those misleading translations. ;-)
